Your Solar Journey With GES

Once our engineers have examined the site, you will be provided with a formal proposal. The process commences once you sign the proposal, and at that point, you will be required to make a 10% payment out of your upfront cost.
You can expect to receive an invitation email from Solar Victoria, inviting you to complete your section of the application and submit the rebate application documents.
Our booking team will get in touch with you to coordinate a convenient date and time for the installation. Additionally, you will be sent an invoice to process 60% of the payment after your rebate approval if eligible.
Once your rebate application from Solar Victoria is approved, we will proceed with scheduling your installation within a timeframe of 3 weeks.
After the 60% upfront payment has been made, our warehouse team will arrange the delivery of your stock. Prior to the delivery, our driver will contact you to coordinate the time.
Upon receiving the specified date from the admin, our installation team will be on-site. Our engineer will perform an inverter test, and upon passing, they will lock the system for ESV inspection.
Between 5 to 10 days after the installation, an inspector from Energy Safe Victoria will reach out to you directly for further analysis and testing of the installation.
Once the inspection by Energy Safe Victoria is successfully completed, our finance team will request you to process your balance invoice of 30% and submit all the necessary compliance paperwork to your national distributor and retailer.
This will be the end of process for your solar project, where we will submit you all the warranty documents, user manual and all other system related documents for your record.
